Well Christmas time has come and gone, and now its time for winter term to start. Luckily this term my schedule is easier and gives me more free time, so hopefully I'll be able to not only check here more often but also have more updates! Good thing too, since my last journal was back in September

ANYWAY, I got a freakin' sweet camera for Christmas so pictures will start coming in once I have something cool to photograph. On the downside, because I got a camera and other cool gifts, I got next to nothing moneywise. Which means that my plan to buy a bunch of materials and start making some new cosplays got flushed down the toilet . However I did manage to make a nice staff to use for Black Waltz #3 over Christmas break, so at least something got done.

Along with not having any money for cosplays, it looks like I won't be able to make it to Sakuracon due to finances. Unless I manage to find an amazing job on campus that nets me enough money for the con, the hotel, gas up there, and all my cosplays, Sakuracon is the first thing I'm cutting from my expense list.

Now time for everyone's favorite part: updating my cosplay plans! As you all probably know, Squall is definitely making a comeback. Tidus might as well, especially if he gets the updating he desperately needs. Sonic is the next one I wanna work on, although he was gonna be my Sakuracon cosplay. Looks like the Sonic and Tails skit will have to be at Kumoricon instead. And of course Black Waltz #3 is gonna be for Kumoricon, what with our mission to have more FF9 cosplays there than FF7 cosplays. Then of course there's Kefka. Oh, Kefka...why must your costume be so hard to make, or even plan out? Because you're just that awesome, thats why. Random side note: when Kefka is done and I'm in costume, please don't show me a mirror. I have a fear of clowns, and your mirror won't last much longer after I see my reflection

Also I've been thinking about doing something Kingdom Hearts related in the near future, or if I get everything done then a couple Kingdom Hearts things. So far the ideas I've had are Final Form Sora, Organization Roxas, Riku with an Organization coat, Zexion, Marluxia (if I can get past having to have pink hair...), or Donald Duck. If you comment on this, please help me decide which one to do! Or at least give me an order of what you'd think would be coolest to see!
